Ever wondered what is beneath the southpole or antartic, when the ice melts ?
I heard that some alien civilisation was there long while ago.
Or just some stone, and dinosaurs ?

Antarctica is a solid continent under the ice. Right now it's mostly rock, gravel and soild but at one time it was sub-tropical. some of the fossils there support that fact. Sorry .. no alien civilization there.

The Antarctic is a continental land mass. If the ice melts away it will create a lot of new land.

As for aliens and dinosuars, I doubt it very much but who knows?

underneath all the ice and snow, there are parts of Antarctica where there is actually land. this land is located close to the middle of the continent. it is composed in part by mountains. the rest of the tremendously large continent is mostly ice.

Even though this goes against history and enters the realm of crackpot conspiracy theorists, i'll say: The Ancient City of Atlantis! -fully operational and ruling the world behind the scenes of course.

Maybe just an ocean, and that could tip the earth off its axis, off center, and twirl the earth into oblivion into outer space. It is possible I think.
