i put the salad in a big plastic lunch box!!it had a cover,shall i close it or keep it open!!?

put a slice of lemon over it and cover with cling film, the lemon helps keep it fresh and stops it discolouring

Cover it- it will keep the salad fresh longer and keep the cauliflower "smell" inside. Cauliflower tastes very good but it does have a pungent odor!

If you will cover it with a couple of moist paper towels then put the lid on loosely it will stay fresh and crisp longer.
