You won't. Your body is in starvation mode, and the diet you have described is a form of anorexia.

You are burning more calories than you are eating. Don't forget that you have to have calories in order to live, and need AT LEAST 1,200 calories per day.

Please seek help setting up a diet plan. This is not the way.

Ok that's the worst thing you can do is not eat enough!!! Eat around 1300-1600 calories a day if you want to lose weight. You should only lose 1-2 lbs a week to stay healthy!!! And do a lot of cardio and workouts at home or the gym. Do not stop eating. So if you exercise right and EAT right, you can lose 2lbs a week. So in about 3 months, you can normally lose 30lbs. Don't worry, the time goes by fast, and you will feel good about yourself when you accomplish your goals. And you will be able to keep the weight off as well.

You must eat though. Your body needs the nutrients and protein to actually burn the fat in your body, so eat!!!! Just eat right!!!

That is stupid and unsafe. You should maintain at least a 1300 calorie a day diet and a 30 minutes 5 day a week exercise plan. If you do what you are doing, as soon as you start eating again you will immediately put all the weight back on. When you starve yourself, the food you eat, your body discards all the nutrients and only holds the fat.

First off, you need to increase your calorie intake to about 500.... Redbull isnt healthy... have some water and some grilled chicken.... eat small meals throughout the day....
Secondly, the running/ walking is great... but you should try like a dvd excersize of your choice... for toneing and stuff...
Theres no set time it will take for you to lose 30 pounds... its all up to you, but you need to do it the right way, or you will gain 30 pounds +..... good luck...

With that diet you should start losing a few pounds a day, losing that amount of weight that quickly is not safe! Make sure you are taking a multivitamin each day and you are drinking plenty of water. You are going to send your body into starvation mode very quickly with this diet so you need to vary the amount of calories you consume to stop this, try increasing the amount by 100 each day to keep your metabolism active.

the more u try,and the more effort u make,it will work and u cant realy put a time limit on it,keep going keep dieting and in the soon it will start to drop off, good luck
be carefull though u r not realy eating enough,it sounds strange but in some cases the more u eat the more u lose, try to eat about 5 meals a day small and good for you, friut, salad, low fat meals, but more than you r eating now, if you lose your weight to quickly you will only put it back on anyway so slow down be carefull, its worth taking more time to lose if you want to keep it off, good luck.

You probably won't. By only eating 100 calories per day you will exhaust yourself and your muscle tissue will dissappear. Without this muscle, you will be unable to burn fat no matter how much you run. Bump it up to 1500 or more.

You are eating too little , the body goes into survival mode and loses weight slower if you eat too little. And worse, when you go back to eating normally the body puts it all back on again. Do it gradually.
