take the long way walking to class,eat only the non fat foods at lunch time and exercise between classes if you get a chance good luck.

try to eat balanced diets, plenty of fruits and vegetables. whenever u feel like munching, have an apple. try to have several small meals instead of 3 big ones. include exercise in ur lifestyle, walk a bit or do home exercises, nothing drastic but just enough everyday.
but u need to eat, do not starve urself as u're still at school, u need the glucose for ur brains otherwise u won't be able to concentrate.

Bring your own water that you can drink during school. Drinking lots of water everyday with a healthy diet will most certainly help you lose weight.

Not to mention, drinking lots of water helps give you a healthy skin complextion and prevents pimples!!!

Try to eat healthy, if your school does not provide healthy foods then pack. For a diet lunch, you should eat small, and try to stay away from carbs. Although for dinner or supper you should try to eat some sort of bread, just don't eat a ton of it! Also try to get full at supper because you don't want to eat after 6! Take care! Also STAY AWAY FROM POP! Try to drink something with less calories, maybe water!

Drink plenty of water and whenever possible walk everywhere. If you nap in the afternoon, instead of doing that, work out for 20 minutes. Even just jogging or biking that long will be great for you.

Start excercising (at least 30 minutes a day)
Reduce Soda intake
Drink more water

Watch what you eat and drink. (I didn't say stop) Make sure it is healthy and about 500-700 calories. Also, just drink water. Water is the number one thing you can "do" while your at school.

maybe take your lunch to school.have healthy food on hand.always drink plenty of water.
