Let me see if I understand your questions correctly. You're asking that, if we are all sinners and sin daily, why do Christians think wrong of people of a certain sexuality? I guess you're referring to homosexuality.
First of all, the bible does tell us that "all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23), and that "If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar and his word is not in us" (1 John 1:10). But, what is sin? According to God's word, Sin is a transgression (disobeying; going against) of God's law (1 John 3:4). God established numerous rules and regulations regarding living a morally upright life. If one "holds Christ true in his heart," as you stated in your question, they would readily and willingly obey Christ's instruction. After all, Jesus has all power and authority in Heaven and in Earth at present (Matthew 28:18). Christians do not think wrong of people of certain sexuality, as you think, God, however, does. God sanctioned sex for marriage and marriage only, and between a man and a woman. Read Genesis 3:21-24 when God created woman for Adam. God condemns fornication, illicit sex between unmarried individuals (whether they be heterosexual or homosexual) (1 Corinthians 6:9-10,13,18; Galatians 5:19-21), but Homosexuality tends to stand out more because it goes against God's natural order. God said, "Be fruitful, and mulitiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it (Genesis 1:28a). Members of the same sex cannot reproduce. Members of the same sex cannot be joined together in holy matriomony (contrary to what numerous states believe). Bear in mind the two cities Sodom (from which the word 'Sodomy' is culled) and Gommorah (Genesis Chapter 18-19:29). God destroyed them utterly for thier unrighteousness. This was even before God gave the law to the Children of Israel through Moses. There, God condemned homosexuality directly and specifically (Exodus 20:13). What people fail to note is that God, being a loving and caring God, loves the sinner, however he hates the sin. A practicing homosexual can never be considered righteous in the sight of God. That goes for anyone who names the name of Jesus, yet continually practices unrighteousness.
If one truly has Christ in his heart, he will obey his word. "Be not deceived. God is not mocked. Whatever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." (Galatians 6:6-7). Also, contrary to popular opinion, God did not make homosexuals born that way. Why would God make someone be born a certain way, only to condemn him to eternal damnation for it? Homosexuality is an alternate lifestyle that is done by choice. You can choose to be gay, just as you can choose to not be. It's a matter of preference. However, in order to serve God, through Jesus Christ, one has to cast aside all sinful habits and mannerism. Although, we all still sin, after all, everyone makes mistakes, we do not wallow in sin. We ask God's forgiveness and continue on this Christian race. It is when we let go of the gospel plow that we set ourselves up for big trouble (2 Peter 20-22). God does not measure sin, as a man measures various criminal infractions. God looks at all sin the same, on the same level. One will as easily condemn themselves to hell for lying as one would for committing murder.

A lot of sins are fun because, well, they can be fun. As far as why they are a sin... perhaps it is consequences of certain types of fun that make them a sin. I don't think it is the fun aspects in themselves that are wrong. It's that most of them, if you do them, bring consequences you simply don't think about at the time of committing them. That, or they bring consequences we'd prefer to believe won't touch us if we somehow use common sense while we sin (such as someone who says they can drink without it being harmful as long as they don't get drunk). Maybe in the end they are sins because the bad simply outweighs whatever good (or however much fun) you get from them... and maybe, because we are only human, we simply have a hard time accepting that. We like to believe that if we use our common sense above everything else, we can't be touched by the bad consequences. Besides, most sins have to have something good about them if they're to be committed. If there were absolutely no benefits to sinning none of us would sin, and there would be no need for sins to be pointed out to us. Even the worst of sins can be justified by the mind of the person who commits them. For some the justification is that they are fun. For others, there are probably other reasons they come up with to justify why they do them.

Most everyone sins on a daily basis but it should not be something that we want to do. Lying, cheating, back-biting are all sins that are to be avoided. Christians regard homosexuality as sin because it is clearly defined as sin in the Bible. If we were to ignore this, we would be ignoring the scriptures, which is vital in understanding God's will.
Many people look at this and accuse Christians as judgmental and hypocritical because of their stand on sin issues. Judging an individual and expressing your views on issues are two different things. We cannot accept something that we have always regarded as sin merely on the basis that public opinion has changed in the last few years. To us, this is an apostasy, or desertion of ones faith.

Homosexuality is a lifestyle going in the opposite direction of what the Father intended, it is a constant sin, every second of every day. Someone that tells someone they look nice when they really don't just sinned, they lied. Can you truly compare the two? Because we hold Christ true we try to live life the way God would approve of, that means following in the path of our Lord and Savior Jesus. We often fall short but, we are forgiven through His stripes. Because we Believe.

All sin is the same, there is no one sin that is worse or greater than another. For Christians the Bible is clear that homosexuality is morally wrong. This is truth. How Christians relate to homosexuals is a whole different issue. The Bible doesn't say they should judge them, or condemn them , or not associate with them. The Bible actually tells the Christians to love them, but they sure aren't listening are they.

1 John 3:8-9 But when people keep on sinning, it shows they belong to the Devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy these works of the Devil. Those who have born into God's family do not sin, because God's life is in them. So they can't keep on sinning, because they have been born of God.
We all have areas where temptation is strong and habits are hard to conquer. These weaknesses give the Devil a foothold, so we must deal with our areas of vulnerability. If we are struggling with a particular sin, hoverer, these verses are not directed at us, even if for the time we seem to keep on sinning. John is not talking about people whose victories are still incomplete. He is talking about people who make a practice of continuing to sin and look for ways to justify it.

Because it is specifically condemned...why do we hold murder at a higher offense that others? I know its a overused comment but it really is true that Christians are not perfect just forgiven. The problem with what you describe is a continual life in sin where the life itself begins to revolve around sin...there is no room for god in that.

We as Christians should inform our brothers and sisters by telling the truth in love not with a club but in love tell them the truth as humbly and gently as we can for we are also sinners. This is a form of charity

If god sees all sins the same, then a Christian lying to tell her granny she looks good in her orange sweater and purple polyester pants to keep from hurting her feelings is no different than one person loving someone else of the same sex .

I kind of get this feelings that they don't care about what the Bible says.
"Some" Christians really likes to judge and hate people.
Atheists are this, Atheists are that.
Can't they realize that they're actions are making religions and Christianity in particular look bad?
That's another reason for Atheists to hate religion.
