Well, there is only one thing you can do: Talk with her and ask her if she fakes or not...
maybe she fakes, because she doesn´t want to hurt your feelings or she thinks that there is something wrong with her.
It seems that you are very close to her as you have sexual relations - so there should be also enough confidence between her and you to be able to talk about this issue...

First of all why do you doubt ?There are many ways a man can tell if she goes first ,before him there will be a difference in the moisture than before .so stop before her let her go first then play around and you will know .But all true women do at times fake it .Sad but true some women will deny it ,but they are not being honest with there self if so .women just takes more attention I think ,its harder to get our minds focused on just what is going on .I hope this helps I know I was kinda blunt but I was honest with ya .

If she fakes it, there are several reasons for this.
1. You don't satisfy her enough.
2. She likes it regardless and wants you to keep it up so that she can enjoy herself.

Well girls can be very good at faking, but usually they show afterwards whether you, err, 'finished them off' by wanting to continue etc. You could always ash her later etc + if there is anything you could do that she like...
The fact that she cares enough for your feelings to want to make you think that you have satisfied her means she is keen on you!

If u dont want to out right ask her, just say "hey hun, i really want to please u in bed, can u tell me what u like....then have her guide u, make it fun.
