Since we are all descendents of adam(pbuh) yes we do belong to a single linage but if you are asking that if all prophets belong to a single family its surely mentioned in the Quran but i am not too sure but the Quran also mentions that there were several prophets sent to the people of this world for every tribe so its very much possible that the prophets born in india or those in america may not have been related directly .
But Allah knows best

As ever person can be traced back to the "family" of Noah, or Adam before that, I guess they would all be from "one family". While I can not speak for the the teachings of the Quran, the New Testament of the Bible list prophets who were NOT of Jewish or Arab descent, including a Greek Gentile name Timothy and a Roman Gentile named Luke who wrote two of the New Testament books. So not all of the prophets recognized by the Christian faith are from the lines of Issac and Ishmael.

There are Children of the Almighty, and children of the devil,(John 8:44) All true prophets are born again, of the Almighty, and acknowledge the Messiah. That would include Enoch,( who lived before Abraham, and so was not a "child" of his) and would not include Muhammad (who denied the divinity of the Messiah-- and all who deny Messiah are Anti-Messiah) 2 John 7 ---In other words "NO"!

Yes...but Issac was the promised heir of the covenant of God...Ishmael was born out of sin and disobedience on the part of Moses
However Jesus Christ was the Messiah ....not a prophet. The lineage of David was the promised lineage of the messiah. Muhammed was just another in a long line of false prophets...to compare him with Jesus Christ the son of God is pretty far out there

They are all from the one true Father, God:
“Know thou assuredly that the essence of all the Prophets of God is one and the same. Their unity is absolute. God, the Creator, saith: There is no distinction whatsoever among the Bearers of My Message. They all have but one purpose; their secret is the same secret. To prefer one in honor to another, to exalt certain ones above the rest, is in no wise to be permitted. Every true Prophet hath regarded His Message as fundamentally the same as the Revelation of every other Prophet gone before Him. …
The measure of the revelation of the Prophets of God in this world, however, must differ. Each and every one of them hath been the Bearer of a distinct Message, and hath been commissioned to reveal Himself through specific acts. It is for this reason that they appear to vary in their greatness. …
… God’s purpose in sending His Prophets unto men is twofold. The first is to liberate the children of men from the darkness of ignorance, and guide them to the light of true understanding. The second is to ensure the peace and tranquility of mankind, and provide all the means by which they can be established. …” -Baha'u'llah

The whole human species is related to one another, no matter how distantly.
We are all brothers, yes. But it has nothing to do with Abraham's offspring.

Allah chose Adam and Noah and the family of Abraham and the family of Imran above all peoples of the time.
'And thus, as thou hast seen, thy Lord shall choose thee and teach thee the interpretations of things divine and perfect His favour upon thee and upon the family of Jacob as He perfected it upon thy two forefathers - Abraham and Isaac. Verily, thy Lord is All-Knowing, Wise.'
These are the people upon whom Allah bestowed His blessings from among the Prophets of the posterity of Adam, and of the posterity of those whom We carried in the Ark with Noah, and of the posterity of Abraham and Israel; and they are of those whom We guided and chose. When the Signs of the Gracious God were recited unto them, they fell down, prostrating themselves before Allah and weeping.
Say ye, 'We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob and his children, and what was given to Moses and Jesus, and what was given to all other Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them; and to Him we submit ourselves.'
