I'm 18 and I am 163cm tall, you shouldn't worry yourself too much when I was your age I remember measuring myself in a maths lesson with my mates, and I was exactly your height 157cm, so don't stress, okay I'm not tall, but I'm not short and you're not short.

Hey don't feel bad about your height! I'm 24 years old and I'm 5'1 1/2" I've been this same height since I was 12. Short women are beautiful! I don't know of anything that would make you grow but be happy with how you are! Your perfect! I know at your age you might be thinking about boy's liking you and be worried that they wont because your short but let me tell you something most men that I know like short girls. My husband is 6'3" and he thinks short women are the prettiest. But remember it doesn't really matter what other people think of you it just matter's what you think of yourself!

I'm 52, and when i was in my teenage years, i was considered average, but i actually got taller and bigger during my 20's, when i was 18 i wore a 38 sport coat, at 23 it went to 42, at 28 it was a 48 tall, I'm 6ft. 2 in. now, don't worry about height, people will judge by your actions, i know i don't pay any attention to it, as a matter of fact i couldn't tell you just how tall alot of my friends are, unless they're real tall, like 6'9 or real short like 3'8, i don't notice, now i would notice if they're attitude was bad or good, for example if someone asked me how tall john doe is, I'd say i don't know , but i don't like his attitude. so what I'm saying is don't worry about things you can;t control, like your height, worry about the things you control , like your attitude, how you dress, how you carry yourself, hygiene, etc., that's what people remember you by.I have noticed that alot of short guys have an attitude, i mean next time your at a party or whatever, notice who is the loudest guy there, bet ya , he's short, and he has a complex about it, so he's loud and cocky acting and alot of the times can be very mean to the ladies, they work very hard to be in a position of authority, such as a boss, cop, etc., so they can have control over taller men and women, be aware of this guy, as a husband he can be dangerous to your health, May the good LORD take a likin 2 ya

You might grow a bit more yet. Usually girls stop growing around 15 or 16. My daughter at 20 is about 4 cm taller than you are right now & although she still wishes she was taller (we all want to change something about ourselves, don't we) she's happy, popular & enjoying life.
Check out the fashion magazines to see what clothes to wear to make yourself appear taller.

You will grow until you are 20, so wait ,and take healthy food including milk, Also look for the facts if your parents are taller, If one of your parent is taller, you are going to be taller, some people grow taller earlier and some become taller at later stage, so do not worry

You should continue to grow until you are 17 or 18 but until then try wearing shoes with big soles.

well, girls stop growing in height when they turn 18. so, that means, you have another 4 years. don't freak out just yet. at the same time, look around you... perhaps your parents/grandparents & siblings aren't big size either. so, it could be genetic. take it easy.
