I've given her half of a paracet for her fever. (it was about 38 C or a little over 100 F.). She is resting in bed now. What else can I do for her or watch out for when she's in this condition?

If she is truly lethargic then you need to take her to the hospital right now... If she is able to move around then just give her something to reduce the fever, Lots of fluids, and put a light blanket over her even if she is cold because you don't want a fever to incubate and that can happen if you but to many blankets on a child or anyone for that matter, I hope she feels better soon.

encourage fluid intake, dont bother with fever below 102, observe for signs of serious illness, no need to be specific, if the kid looks real sick she is and take her in. A bit of vomiting or loose stools no cause for concern.
