Perhaps it's a matter of healthy life styles.
If you are normally an athletic boy participating in all kind of daily activities and still have this pain as if you were still growing (that is called growing pain, when your bones are stretching a bit day by day during your childhood days - when you were so active and tired by the end of the day that most of the time you did not even notice it ).

Consulting a doctor or a physiotherapist to get a good diagnostic analysis is the first step towards a cure.

You aren't breaking bones when you wake up early. If that were the case you'd be in a body cast. It's little ligaments out of place snapped back into place. If the pain continues seek medical advice.

When a relationship ends we question ourselves. We wonder what we did wrong, we might regret some of our behaviors or actions, we think of how different things would be if we just wouldn’t have responded in such way or we might not understand what we did wrong, so maybe there is something wrong with us that makes us unlikeable or unlovable… simply not good enough. All these thoughts lead negative feelings about ourselves, deep sadness and even depression, and/or anxiety.

It is called cracking bones, but sounds extreme in your case. Have it checked out by a doctor. Best of luck.

You may have an earlier form of arthritis. I would get it checked out.
