If you are religious and believer then you add Jappes, say hail Mary or OOhm and any other sutable prayer but must creat somr vibration that in turn up lifts your soul also.

OOHm in particular has certain vibrations that may actually be helping the cleansing process through breathing and blood circulation in directly, it is the basic sound of nature (rotation of earth on its axis, you can experience it in many locations on the earth as earth at equator move at 1076 MPH).

Breathing is life. No breath, no life. But most of the time we do not breath properly due to mainly life style. Improper breath slowly disturb our normal health. Correcting this system is 'Yoga'. But its result is depend upon right master and students. Most of the cases it will not work. Yoga itself became a commercial activty.
