Ok I have reading glasses and I take them on and off constantly. My mother does that but her eyes never hurt. Do I have to wear the glasses 24/7.
I mean they are reading glasses com on

You need to go see an optometrist and get your eyes checked. Your over the counter reading glasses are not the proper strength for you eyes. Older people (like your mom and myself) have a problem where the lense in your eye loses elasticity as we age, and regular reading glasses work well for that problem. You may be near or farsighted, or have astigmatism, which reading glasses will not correct.

by a more stylished glass if u r embaressed.always put u r reading glass and then the pain will go.but u should were it for 2-3-4-5 years.no choice or go to a hospital at kerala name ahalia hospital and they will do lasic treatment and u r free out of glasses.try it if u can or put lens.no other choice.

i think of you may desire to ask your optometrist to refer you to an ophthalmologist because of the fact you have got a severe project on your eyes. It sounds like their to strong. Try getting a lower prescription and see if that helps.
