I used to love my little garden i built a tiny little pond and stocked it with some lovely fish i used to watch them for hours. then the eyes in the sky found us and destroyed my enjoyment by gobbing all my little pets up every so often these monsters land to have another go my pond ,like fort knox and they still land we did"nt have this problem when my dad had fih in his garden years ago

get some pond netting or fruit tree netting, build a slight frame and hang the net over it
we also had an owl actually diving in my pond to catch fish
the netting is the only way to stop them

I've heard that heron's won't bother another heron's spot. So the best advice I've received is to buy a fake heron and put it by the pond. I hope it helps because that is so very annoying. Another thing I forgot about is we made a little cave with a slate type rock for a top and two boulder type for the sides(in the pond). So the fish can hide under it if need be. Good luck.

You can buy special nets for ponds.
It stops cats as well.
have a look on the internet or in a pet shop.

try a netting over the top of the pond it worked for me...good luck

try to get a noise macchine and some scare crows, may be a trained watch dog.
