I am a fat teenager but my problem is my tummy its big and i wish just to lose off fat on my tummy because thats where the main problem is, I dont want to look like a stick i want to still have my curves such as my hips and bottom my waist is like 38 and hips is what 46 i guess. I jsut want to know how to get rid off that area. u know and have the j.Lo shape. LOL

Darlin', the single best tool for accomplishing what you want is exercise. Sorry, bad word - but however much you may not want to hear it, it's the truth. Swimming is an excellent exercise and so is dancing - and I don't mean Grampa's stodgy old waltz, I mean dancing like you're young and alive and on fire! Jazz dancing is fun and it's very good exercise! Youse will soon lose the pot belly and tone up those sexy shapely ankles, knees, and...um, well, let's not carry that theme too far! Yo, they be all kinds of dance studios out there that can teach ya and not cost a fortune - and the YWCA or YMCA gots nice swimming pools and y'can meet real attractive guys and ... oops, I wasn't gonna go there. But you get the idea, don't ya! Good luck!

You can't pick and choose where you lose weight, but it sounds like it's a good Idea for you to just start losing wieht in general (diet and exersice works!). A goal is o have your waist under 36"... anything larger than that is raising your risk of heart disease (no matter how young you are).
