So they claim. Under the altar of St Paul's outside the walls. There is a nice National Geographic article on it. Personally I have my doubts that Constantine got the right body.

I think they are still digging it out. Last i saw, they had a window so you can see down to the sarcophagus. They don't want to disturb the ruins or the sarcophagus too much. IF they go too fast, they can damage it.

Archaeologists have found what they think is his sarcophagus. I don't think it's even been opened at this point, so I don't think there's any definitive answer.

I've never heard of a such a thing. I suppose it's remotely possible, after all he was executed in Rome.
