You don't have to swear on the bible in court. You don't have to swear on anything at all. Just a tradition from when Christianity was a given (imposed socially).

No, they do not have to swear an oath on the Bible.
In response to u7w21i1ol's answer from Surah 4:29-30:
"[29] ...... And do not kill yourselves (nor kill one another). Surely, Allâh is Most Merciful to you.
[30] And whoever commits that through aggression and injustice, We shall cast him into the Fire, and that is easy for Allâh."
There are contradictions, if you read further into the Qur'an, you'll find passages like this:
3:151 We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve
4:101 ...In truth the disbelievers are an open enemy to you.
5:51 O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends
9:29 Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah (those who have been given scripture are Christians & Jews)
9:123 O ye who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you,
47:4 Now when ye meet in battle those who disbelieve, then it is smiting of the necks (off with your head!)
9:5 Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war.
To kill or not to kill? That is the question. Looks like a contradiction to me.

Interesting question.
If they have to swear on the Bible, it will mean nothing to them because they believe the Bible is corrupt. Even if they swear on the Koran the Koran entitles them to Lie.

I think they can just promise to tell the truth.
But I wonder if they can be trusted as it is in there religion(cult) that they can lie to help infidels (us) over our misunderstandings.
