It would be a good idea to identify the plants and check they're not toxic. Try leaving a small patch of grass long for your dog to eat and try to get him to switch to that.

Yes. They do this to make themselves throw up, especially after they eat some thing they dont like

dogs and cats do this to help them bring up fur they have swallowed in grooming themselves. Fur, like hair does not dissolve in the stomach.

yes. mine will eat grass, too. alot of times when they do it, they seem to have an upset stomach & throw up after.

sometimes it is normal like when my dog dosen't feel good it eats grass, maybe your dog just doesn't feel good.
