I m just wondering because I heard some people refering to that... more over, I donated little to the victims of Tsunami which most of them Muslims. but I asked my friend who is Muslim to donate, and he says "never, those are all criminals, they were gays, homos and pedaphiles, Allah punished them". I tried to convince him, but he never got convinced, he was so brainwashed by a preacher at a mosque. so tell me, what do you think? do still many muslims think so? and if you are a muslim can you convince your fellow muslims that they should not judge in this way. psssst. the world is watching

Yes, as a muslim i considered Tsunami as a punishment from Allah, and so earthquakes, eruptions, drought, and flood that happened in Indonesia.
Punishment from what ?
I believe its the punishment for disobeying Allah, and ignoring bad deeds done in public like premarital sex, corruption, drunk, make law that goes against Allah's law, and many others.
But still, muslims are brothers to other muslims.

There is stupid people from all over the world. Religion has nothing to do with it. AlQaeda for example are stupid people cause they interpret what they want to believe.
I would be stupid to say for example that the Spanish Flu of 1918 that killed 20 million people was an act of God who were in fact mostly Christian. God is God and he created the world with good and with evil so just live with it.

Tribulations wash away sins. Mayeb God is just being merciful and letting us off the hook in the next life? You can never attest to justice until you've died and been judged. Peace.

No u r the punishment of Allah to us here lol
it was only a natural disaster, why don't u call it Allah is testing the Faith of Muslims there as he tested the faith of his prophet Ayob by the death of his wife and children, (i doubt u know him at all)?
i think i may call what is happening in ur country Iraq also a punishment of Allah to u and ur type? do u think of that?
don't forget to report me

It could be for those who were bad, the child prostitute Pimps, but its a test for those true believers. Why do I say this?
[008:025] And fear the Fitnah (affliction and trial) which affects not in particular (only) those of you who do wrong (but it may afflict all the good and the bad people), and know that God is Severe in punishment.
We should gave charity, and to whomever needs it and not worry what they do with it, for God will give us our good deeds if we were sincere in giving the charity to please him.
Peace Be With You

Perhaps it was Punishment from GOD. But whatever it is, you must always give charity to the needy. I guess.
