just try to take it off slowly and cut the hair with a pair of scissors if they are long enough as you take the bandage off, i promise you won't hurt the stiches.and if it gives you a hard time use some lidocain gel (it's a local anesthetic and it kills off the pain).
i do it a thousand times a day, it's gonna be okay, don't worry!

Soak tape with alcohol. This will remove the adhesive from the tape.

baby oil or an oil from an estetichien for wax. Mind your stitches though.

blow it with a hair dryer the heat with warm the glue making it easier to remove..
