Me! I am Greek!!
Do you mean "PE" (in Greek) - RE (in English)?
RE has no translation! I can't think of anything else!

I agree with Roubini. RE, if addressed to a friend (ex.RE John!) denotes familiarity and intimacy. But, if addressed to a stranger with anger (ex. what do you say, re!) it is insulting!!
