Hi,

Would you consider a detox?

I used to be 70kg and was heavy on my thighs and tummy as well.

I lost 15kg in 2 months using a detox. You can see my before and after pics here:
http://dreamsincredibles.blogspot.com/2005/10/angel-lost-15kg-within-2-months.html

Now, I specialize in helping people lose weight easily and quickly using the detox program i used.

If you do a detox, you will be able to:
- gain better health and
- better vitality and
- even more radiant skin and
- the loss of some excess pounds as well,

All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out.

If you exercise by either running or swimming, it will furthur enhance the results.

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

It sounds like your physique fat distribution (that's genetic) is bigger interior the rear and hips than different places (chest, hands, and so on.). you won't be able to "spot decrease"; once you decrease weight it comes off proportionally from all your saved fat, so concentration on average weight help and wellbeing. i might propose cycling over working, because of the fact that's low impression and you will do it at a lots wider variety of intensities. while you're into swimming that's going to additionally help to expand your lats, which will stability extra advantageous visually with your hips. It additionally facilitates to get a scale that does physique fat estimation (~$50 at aim). BMI is purely top/weight, so muscle weight counts comparable to fat...yet they beneficial do not look an analogous.
