I know that there is a war on, and that terrorism is a threat, AND that many muslims feel unfairly treated (crazily, as ALL terrorists caught so far have been muslim). We all know this.

But living in London I feel sooooo bombarded with it all.
I cant open a paper, watch TV, or even use the internet without having these issues pushed into my face. Honestly, I tried to watch TV the other night, and all 5 normal channels had programs about Islam and Muslims.
IS ANY ONE ELSE FED UP WITH IT TOO?
Im all for equality, and ending the war, and anti-terrorism, BUT there is only so much I can take.

in responce to Dudai for Jesus, who clearly can not read- I have not put my head in the sand, and am not ignoring any issues. I am actively against the war. BUT, living in London especially, it is EVERYWHERE you go. Im thankful for being informed of issues, but I do not want to be bombarded with it. There is a massive difference.

Don't you also think Muslims are fed up with being on the front page everyday with ridiculous headlines, 'Muslim man doesn't allow dog in his taxi." Its boring i agree and it stirs up resentment

yea well I live in south yorkshire and I'm a muslim but I don't feel bothered about it at all.. actually the British government doesn't care about Ur religion as long as u keep it for Ur self and doesn't show off about it.. and if it's about TV,radios and newspapers they're talking about terrorism in general.... so no need to worry about anything!!,.... and I just need to add one thing.... that not all muslims are terorists and that Islam never told us to do such things and that those ppl who r doing such things are the ignorant hatefull ppl who don't relate to islam at all and never read and understood what Quran said..and I'm one of the ppl who says that If phonetic muslims can't deal with the westren community standards and they have to right everything that they think is wrong than they probably should leave to the a place where they can feel most comfortable at...

Yes I'm tired of Islam being in the news, and its association with terrorism.

I've a theory that if Muslims had the power, influence and the capital of western "Christian" countries, and Christians had the power, influence and the capital of Muslim countries; would there be Christian suicide bombers? I think so. Any religion can be warped and twisted from it's original meaning to justify horrible acts. Fear is a powerful tool; they are out to KILL you...Boo! which equates to all George Bushes rhetoric and that applies to the leaders of Iran as well. I'm tired of Islam being associated with terrorism; it's just a way of grouping a bunch of people as the enemy, now that communism has mostly gone.

Sura 29:27 states needless to say that, as far as Allah and the Qur'an are in touch, the only real prophets are those related to Isaac (Ishaq) or Jacob (Yaqoub); yet Muhammad, in accordance to Muslim custom, is related to Ishmael and not Isaac or Jacob.

My friend are you an Ostrich? You can not heal a wound by saying it is not there. Thank God that journalists are on the ball and are making an issue about it. We need to deal with this terrible menace, and get rid of it completely.

But that probably will not happen until Jesus returns.

I agree. Alot, if not all of the 'war on terror' stems from ignorance, but by constantly highlighting the radical ideology from both sides serves to widen the gap and increase hostility - almost a deliberate action I think!

Well you don't have to watch the TV do you? Islam is the biggest threat against every civilised population on the globe - most people tend to think that is an important issue. We want to know what our governments are doing about it, we want to know the truth.

You can always hide your head in the sand if you want.

They want to take over and spread their anti-culture throughout the world. But don't worry - the world is waking up.
