Religion isn't the same as God, every religion claims that God(s) is perfect, so it comes down to Blair and religion.
Blair has only been around for a mere 53 years, compared with the various major religions, Islam (as we know it) started in the 7th Century, Christianity started in the 1st Century, Hinduism is believed to have started between 5500–3300BC. So it's rather hard to compare like with like.
Through history most religions have been linked to wars, but the real question is how many wars were actually fought at the direction of the religious leaders? Surprisingly few, far more wars were fought for gains in land, wealth and resources, with nationalism dressed up as religion.
The three largest religions generally oppose war, Islam's "Jihad" can refer to striving to live a moral and virtuous life, to spreading and defending Islam, and to fighting injustice and oppression, among other usages. Many Islamic fundamentalists will claim that terrorism and murder can be justified in the name of their faith, most moderate Muslims disagree.
So in effect there are four answers to the question:
God (He is perfectly good)
"True" Religion (God's directions to humanity, see above)
"False" Religion (Humanity's attempt to make religion fit it's goals, usually bending or breaking God's laws)
Tony Blair (One human politician, who has made some ill-considered choices)
I think false religion is the most evil, Blair is more weak and fallible than evil.

Tony Blair goes to church. Tony Blair sends soldiers to war. Does he really believe they will go to heaven if they die on the front lines? Religion/god is only evil in the hands of those with control issues. The ones with an innate need to organise things that just can't let things be.
Please don't call believing evil. Cause that is what you are doing. The human sacrifices that were made by the Incas were believers too. They were offered to the gods. Their offerers were dillusional and their true mothive was material gain and power in their societies. We know that now. Now soldiers are offered. (and more by the extremist) To keep economies going, to keep the wheels of capitalism oiled so to speak. Our descendants will think of us the barbarians that we think the Incas were ... unless ...

Tony Blair is a man,God is Divinity itself.I think people should follow their own believe system, not try & fit into religions,or use religion as a springboard for causing havoc.God cannot be evil,he brings light into life.Religion causes damage,& polititions who think they have the right to make Godly decisions.

Gods not the same as religion. Religions just use God to give them power, money and jobs.
Tony Blairs a small fry in the scheme of things. The majority in the country voted him in a number of times. We give him the power.

Tony Blair is not evil and God does not exist. Only in your head. And you are adding to the religious death toll by believing in him. Do you really believe in throwing acid at womens faces because they have had it uncovered. Or killing them because they have slept with or looked at a guy which their parents dont believe in.
Did you watch the programme on channel four the other night called Dispatches-Hidden Mosque. They are hypocrites calling for peace on one hand and asking for asylum etc and then talking the way they did. And the real crime is that we let them because of our political correctness. I dont care if I get flagged for this e-mail because if one person sees it and agrees with me |I'll be happy. I dont know where you are but dio you think that we would be allowed to speak like that in their countries and do you think they would be debating the legal ins and outss of killing us once they did for this crime. Look at the furore about the Big Brother house just now. You are not even allowed to say the word Indian now without being accused of racism. Its time we used our heads and common sense. Adieu

Atheists still win. Blair may have killed thousands. Millions may have been killed by perverted lunatics claiming to be acting in the name of religion. But no-one can come close to Stalin, Pol Pot or Genghis Khan,

God and Religion. -God is mind control. Religion creates a divide, religion creates hatred and wars, and thus, religion kills people. Religion is also mind control. We need to rid the world of religion. There will never be world peace as long as religion is around.

Tony Blair is a very 'religious' man, hence his actions are partly the result of his 'religion'.......doing good, being fair, living a sin-free life, pandering to George Bush (another spiritual man, haha), killing a s*itload of Muslims..........it's all God's plan (deep sarcasm in case you missed that!!)

What is Evil?
Why is it evil?
From what basis do you determine what evil is?
Where do you get your morals from?
If God does not exist, then what is right and what is wrong?
If it is a matter of opinion, who's?
If it is decided by society, how?
Take both questions all the way back to recorded human history and answer.
If you were to reply that you cannot legislate morality, then I would ask you, is murder against the law? you will of course reply yes, then I would say that you just legislated morality, the only difference is, who's morality will you legislate?
