i think it has to do with an agency that consults and plans campaigns on internet and mobile marketing.

Full service is a term that has many different uses. In general the term implies that the customer will receive as much service as is reasonably possible.

A digital agency is a type of consultancy that specialises in work that will eventually be used on the internet. This includes website design, email marketing, banner advertising, etc.
