I would definitely reccommend taking your dogs to the vet to get the kennel cough vaccine. Most vet offices however will not let an animal stay if it hasn't had the vaccine and I know the same goes for boarding kennels, so check with the veterinarian to see if they already gave this. If not I would ask if you could bring your dogs in. It's a very quick and simple vaccine. The first time it is squirted into the nose allowing it to work immediately, after that it is given via injection which can be done the same time as other routine vaccinations (distemper, rabies, etc.). Kennel cough is definitely something you do not want your dogs to get. The treatment can become very costly and is very unpleasant for your dogs, so I think it's better to be safe than sorry. Hope this helped :)

You should take your dog to the vet. If untreated properly and without the proper antibiotics, it can progress to pneumonia. Also your other dogs can get sick.
"Also called Canine Cough, "Kennel Cough" or Bordatella -- Infectious Bronchitis is actually a complex of disease organisms, the worst being Parainfluenza virus and Bordatella bronchiseptica, a bacteria. These organisms cause a severe infection of the throat with a usually very harsh, dry cough which can sometimes progress to pneumonia. "
". It is acquired usually by being around infected animals or their secretions, which is why the vaccine is recommended for any situation where the dog may come in direct or indirect contact with other dogs, as in a kennel, show, field trials, etc. Also, this is why many kennels require this vaccine. Good Luck.

Sorry, but he needs antibiotics. You'll have to go to the vet. Kennel cough is also very contagious, so its pretty likely the other dogs will get it too.

you are going to have to take the dog to the vets. At least call your vet and ask him if there is any thing that you can do a home.
