She has had it for a week. For how long is it contagious?
If she has hung my towel in the morning and I use it at night. Can it still be contagious?
What should I worry about and for how long?

She would have to have wiped her eyes with your towel and you then wipe your eyes with the same towel, or for her to touch your eyes after touching her own.
If the condition has cleared up (no more discharge/crusting) then it's no longer contagious.

Yes it is contagious. Is she useing drops for it? if it has been a week and is useing proper meds for it then yous should be fine.

if she touches her eyes and then touches your stuff, yes you can catch it. Sanitize thoroughly, and tell her to get med to clear it up.
