Last year the payroll officer at my job not to send off my return to work form to payroll services so that I can get paid at the end of the month.I subsequently had to call the payroll administrator to get a cash advance.

The next month payroll said that they had not yet received the return to work form and cannot pay me again though the payroll adminstrator said she had faxed them a copy the month before. So they again paid me another cash advance.
The next month pay had been just for the month and so I tried to catch up on the rest of my bills from the months before

In June the liason officer called me at home and said that some of the money will be paid to me on the 21st and the rest at the end of the month. So I paid off all my bills after getting £4000(3 mths salaries+arrears from 3 yrs prior). The next month they said that they over paid me by almost £1500 which they took out the next month leaving me to live on £100 for the month of Aug and £500 in Sept.

If this was in the US you would have grounds to sue the employer..but I don't have a clue about UK laws.

How much does that suck? Royally!!

Unfortuanately, you're kind of not entitled to much as far as an apology for the late bills. It's the same kind of idea as if someone wrote you a check, you deposited it and wrote your checks on it before it cleared, the other person's check bounced, and so your checks bounced. The bank would tell you you needed to have the money there before you spent it.

As someone who had quite of difficulty with pupil loans i'd propose that you defer them. I did mine on line and it in reality took a minute or so for a pre-approval and then yet another day or 2 to inform me for positive. i have utilized for 2 so by the point it truly is over... i am going to have had a three hundred and sixty 5 days of no funds. As for the mastercard debt.... *sigh* lol idk why anybody insists on giving us charge playing cards after we are so youthful. What you want to do is move your balances to a decrease activity. we are in any such era of monetary disaster at present, further and added issues are being forgiven. So perchance you opt for to in reality defer the pupil loans by claiming monetary difficulty.... and concentrate on getting that mastercard stability down. If the debt is previous you actually have the alternative of arising with a charge it truly is below you owe. Say for instance you had a 10,000 greenback debt that became previous... you would possibly want to contact the corporation and say howdy...i quite haven't got 10,000 yet i'd opt for to artwork with you on getting this resolved. per chance we are able to arise with a charge plan. I did this once for a card that I had even as i became 18. It had grown to about 1200 and that i finished up paying 500 funds to have it settled. i wager the major ingredient is to in reality contact your borrowers and seeing what obtainable concepts you've. sturdy success.

bummer..
bad break...

company could give a temp loan to help out..

but you are the responsible party...for bills ect...

so any bad credit is yours also..

IRS garnished wages from me for back taxes I did not owe.. ex wife-- took me two years to get back and they did pay me interest but i also got behind on bills during this time...
they garnished 12,000 in one year...I was stationed in asia and not much I could do except suffer thru that year and then another yar stateside to get it resolved..

no apology could help my hit that hit on my credit......

took 5 years to repair it....and all IRS fault...
