Get thee to a doctor asap.. Preferably an allergist. There is something else going on other than being allergic to the cold, or do you mean you have a constant cold caused by allergies? Either way, go see a specialist.

Losing hair in clumps is serious business and can mean serious conditions.

Do not stop at GO, go directly to a doctor.

Cold allergy as in Cold Urticaria?

Try switching to another allergy medication. Could the hair loss be a side effect? You need to get your allergies under control to prevent it from flaring up. Make an appointment with your allergy specialist, and dermatologist.

Good luck,

I have not been in that difficulty precisely, however I recognise wherein you are coming from. One of my puppy peeves is that plenty of persons do not recognize that while you adapt some way of consuming that turns into facet of your tradition, it is not as practical as "simply consume it/consume extra/and so on." I suppose that you are going for a noble motive, however you must certainly make your frame a precedence. Best of good fortune. :]
