looking for a god recipe if anyone has one

here ya go...

Beef knuckle (cut into small cubes) 800 gr
Beef Bacon (cut into small cubes) 100 gr
Olive Oil 3 tbspn
garlic (Chopped) 50gr
Onion (Chopped) 100 gr
Fresh Tomato (Peeled & Seeded) 100 gr
Potato (peeled, cut into small cubes) 200 gr
Beef Broth 1 lt
Tomato Paste 2 tbspn
Flour 25 gr
Dried Herbs (thyme)
Salt and peppers


- heat oil on a Soup pan, saute onion, garlic and bacon, add tomato paste, tomato,and stir it well for three minutes.
- add the beef knuckle, stir it until the beef is covered with tomatoes and turn in to lightly brown, sprinkle in the herbs. and dust it with flour. and stir it again.
- add the broth, cover the soup pan boil for 1 hour or unrill the beef is tender.
- adjust seasoning
- chill in fridge over night, remove the solid fat on the surface, simmer until its hot, check the seasoning, serve it.

though it's not an Italian dishes, i usualy eat it with garlic bread or croutons.

This is a german recipe from my grandma that I make all the time. I get cubed meat and season it with salt pepper and pakrika.. brown it on all sides.. drain the oil... fill the pot half way or however much gravy you want with water and let it cook on low for 2 hours along with strips of onion and green pepper. Then throw in some brown gravy mix and thicken the sauce with cornstarch and water. Make sure your gravy is boiling when you add the cornstarch mix. The mix should be a little thick consistency. Then I boil some egg noodles.. drain them and place them on a plate and add the gravy on top of them :)

This is the traditional hungarian goulash. It's real good...

3 cups cooked macaroni
2 lbs cooked grnd beef drained
2 med onions diced
3 cans stewed whole tomatoes
1 large can V-8
mix together in large pot
simmer till bubbly hot and eat with bread and butter
