my waist is 28 n i want 2 make it atlst of 26 or 24?plz help me out plz.

people need to stop acting like carbs is all that matters. carbs are not bad...i don't know people have to answer with that all the time.

anyway, if you do sit ups etc you creat muscle, but if you are not burning off the fat you wont loose weight because the fat will stay on top of the muscle. so eatting healthy along with cardio and situps/weight motions on stomach will keep it healthy.
