1) Go to Singapore. I think it's the nearest to your place with a lot of caucasian women.
2) Go to the Gulf States, especially Abu Dhabi. My friends say of European (particularly Russian) girls hang out there...
3) Go to Europe, if you're quite rich.
4) Go to Canada, if you're quite rich also.
I think the capital city in your country sure has some single, caucasian women too. Just try to look around...I found my love right inside my school campus! (she's half-caucasian...)
