I personally do not like egg mayonaise very much, but have to make it for a party. Therefore I do not wish to have any left over.

One large egg is enough for one sandwich (2 slices of bread) so see how many slices you got in the loaf.

I would say about six. Nobody, however, has told you that when you have hardboiled your eggs (and i'd say about seven minutes was quite enough) you should immediately plunge them into cold water and continue to run the cold tap over them until they are completely cold. This prevents them getting that unpleasant grey tinge around the edge of the yolk, and makes them look nicer after you've added the mayonnaise.

Hard Boiled eggs, as many as you need and Mayonnaise, just enough to provide an even mix. Mash the two together. Should look creamy and lumpy. Store in a fridge. Thats all you need to do!

about 2 eggs for 1 sarnie (2 slices of bread)
boil the eggs for 10 mins, cool then de-shell
in a bowl mash them up, add mayo, a little salad cream and black pepper.
ummmmm...... yummy!

Hi,
Well, Zakiit,
All I do is hard boil a few eggs, stuff in a bowl with salt & pepper, pour in a jar of Hellmans Mayo, and give it all a good stir & mash together with a fork.
Cheap & cheerful !
It works, and gets consumed with whatever.
Bob.
