Particularly in my knees and ankles. So much so that it is excruciating to walk down stairs. I've never felt pain like this before. I'm stiff and sore. Almost feels as if my legs are going to give out completely. I'm starting to wonder if it is going to go away or if I have actually injured myself. I was not in any kind of pain while I was walking/running. It hit me several days later. Now I can barely walk at all. Any tips to relieve the pain??????

Make sure you have good running shoes and that you're only using these shoes when you are running. Replace them after every 300 or 400 miles. Do not use your running shoes for everyday. Also, if you are running outside on the pavement (same route), make sure that you run the route in reverse every other run because streets are built on a slight decline (so that rain water can drain) and will throw your body off kilter. Running the other way around will help to balance things out.

did u have good training shoes when u were running? sound like u injured your joints by exercising wrongly. i suggest u go to doctor. usually they put bandages on injured joints to keep them in place, that helps them to heal. do not run or walk now, while u re in pain
