it is not aphilippino language.but sounds slang or twisted form.ifyou want the nearest meaning it sounds "this one isflirt."iam notsure.

it's definitely not filipino. we do not have words that long.. maybe it's scrambled letters or slang, but eshta2... is not fililipino.
