Most tea is extremely high in caffeine.I would look into this further and check with your pediatrician.Tea has more caffeine then most coffee and sodas and decaffeinated tea can make you feel very alert or very sleepy depending on the type of tea it is.I wouldn't do anything to disturb a 3 year olds central nervous system or their sleep.

Yes it's perfectly fine - just make it milky add half a level spoon of sugar if needed (no more) and only drink 1-2 times a day at 3 years old.

I did - but probably very weak at that age. I am now 44 years old and still love tea! Proof, despite terrible health from other, natural causes, that it is not such a bad thing, though I know that I drink more of it now than is good for me!

The caffeine isn't a lot of a ailment. Sugar is the bigger challenge right here. no longer in reality is it including extra energy to the youngster's weight help application each day, it truly is likewise no longer giving him any foodstuff. And it also signifies that the mother gained't be providing healthful meals at the different time of day both. So per chance this youngster will finally end up overweight.

Yes but not too hot and with a good bit of milk. I have been drinking coffee since I was 5 because it was the only way my mother could get me to drink milk

It's fine... you may want to add plenty of milk and they might have more sugars than normal at first. I was told that I started drinking tea as a treat when I was a tot - lukewarm from my bottle!

yeah, i was drinking tea when i was that young, but dont get them into the habit of having sugar in their tea or else they will continue to have sugar in their tea always, you dont need to give them an extra reason to become hyperactive (my mate's kid goes hyper on tea cos she puts sugar in - told her not to but she didnt listen) LOL!
On the other hand, do what you think is right for your kid!
