I like this girl and this girl knows this and she slowly responds but then again so does one of my good friends.

well what i would do is i would talk to your good friend and talk it over with him and just,just maybe hell back away and the girl will be all yours but if your just 1 of those type of guys that like a little competition then i say fight 4 the girl

It is a classical love triangle. All is fair in love and war, now it is war with your friend, for the love of the girl. Once you have the girl, you can try for a truce with your friend.
