Age has no barrier when it comes to chest pains.
You need to see your doctor ASAP. It might be nothing at all, but if it is, then you need to get the necessary tests done.
I also suffered mild pains in the chest as you've described. I am still in the process of getting tests done.
It is better to be safe than sorry.

why would you wait to get it checked out ... a chest pain that is happening for days at regular intervals could be the early signs of a blockage. Never mess with a chest pain that lasts for days. my sibling 36 yo just had a mild heart attack, he had strange feelings in his shoulders and back for a few days ... last straw was a pain in his chest that got severe ... he assumed pulled muscle, cold/flu, something he ate ... no one would have guessed h.a. at age 36!!! Get to a dr and get yourself checked.

anytime chest pain is involved you should see your doctor. Heart attacks are nothing to fool with. With that said. It could be a menagerie of things. pulled muscle. Muscle spasm. Stress, anxiety, heartburn, carpal tunnel. No way of really knowing with out ruling out other symptoms. Just see your Doc. They don't fool around when it comes to chest pain either.

Since you get the pain in certain particular posture of your body, it may not be anything alarming.
Still, do not delay visiting your doctor. Better be safe than sorry.
You may be in need of urgent medical attention.

As you don't say how old you are, it would be a good idea to get checked out by a doctor asap. It could be the first signs of a heart attack.
