Is this a good and effective plan in order to lose weight and slim my thighs?

I don't want to build more muscle, and I'm planning to do 45 min high energy, low impact step aerobics 3-4 times a week to see a result in my thighs. There's already muscle in my thighs, but there's still FAT in it. Maybe even do pilates 2 times a week, if I feel like it. What do you think? I'm definitely eating healthy and I don't want to build more muscle esp make them any bigger

Work out with weights, the more muscle you have the harder the muscles will work and the more fat you will lose. Don't get on a scale and think I've gain 10 pounds, yeah your gained 10 pounds, but not fat, you gained 10 pounds of muscle. Which weights more that fat. Keep on moving forward and don't look back.

honey, to make your muscles actually bigger u need to lift tones and tones of weights, work and work hours and hours at gym and i am not sure if even after that u will be able to build any muscles. so i suggest u quit worrying about building muscles, start worrying about losing this fat from your thighs. because u re falling for another myth - that by doing some special exrcises u might lose fat from certain part of your body. because u can't. u might do whatever u want cardio exercises u will lose fat all over your body (if exercises re enough). u have to start with aerobics and see whtehr u will lose any weight at all. if u re not losing weight it means it is wrong for u. good luck
