I've always loved this guy since elementary... though right now he has a girlfriend... should I confess my feelings anyway? I love him... I'm not really expecting him to love me back or anything like that... I'm just afraid i'd regret it if I don't tell him.

I don't want to ruin their relationship... of course I want him to be happy. It's just that, I can't help it. It's as if my heart is going to explode. It's cheesy, but what can I do??

Well, you are just one of those several hundred thousand people who are in the same dilemma. The humankind has not yet discovered a solution to this dilemma.
So, do what your heart says because we might end up giving you answer that sounds easy to hear but difficult to follow.

if you love someone as much as it sounds like you do this guy, you should tell him, unless he is one of those people that will make a big deal out of it and tell all his friends and they will tell all of their freinds and then everyone will know. But if you think he is a nice person then its okay to tell him. Make sure that his girlfriend isn't around when you tell him or there could me trouble! If you truly love this guy, then you shouldn't be ashamed to tell him how you feel, everyone feels love. I hope this works out for you, Good luck!

Why tell him now? Is it because he has somebody else and you want to mess it up? Move on and leave him be. If you 'loved' him that much you should have done something about it before. But if you really 'love' him then do what is right for him not what is right for you.

The right thing to do is to keep this information to yourself.
If he's a good guy your confession won't change anything and you'll have opened yourself up for nothing.
If he cheats on his girlfriend you don't want him anyway.
If you really love him show him and his girlfriend some respect.
