Don't you know it is a sign of poor diction to drop your H's? (without the h the word would be pronounced "reetorikal"
In answer to those who did not answer, your question is not rhetorical because by asking if it was you state it is not so those who gave a blank as an answer need to brush up on their language skills. However should you ask a rhetorical question in future you should receive no answers, nobody would get 2 points and you would not be able to award 10 points. This assumes people understand the question and act according to the correct standards governing the use of use of English.

Rhetorical is a question that is not mean to be answered. Thusly I have no answer. But next time, spell rhetorical right. It aggravates me a lot when people spell words wrong. I want to, never mind.......

The answer would be to get a dictionary, hold onto it for dear life, become accustomed to it and make it your best friend! It will stand you in good stead through your life's journey.
A rhetorical question does not elicit a reply. :)
Good Luck.
