Nasara or English Nazarenes are refer to the follower of Christ during his lifetime.It is the real name for Christianity.The word Christian,however derived when Paul is preaching in Antioch.

as for the "Nassara" described in Quran, they were a small Judeo-Christian sect (the ancestors of one of today's Nazarene Church), who believe in a Trinity of the Father, the Son and the Mother.
