Should I excercise everyday? Or 3~4 times per a week, one hour each time?

If you have any knowledge on the fitness, please tell me, how many calories do I have to take per a day to stay fit.

I am 28 years old Asian male, with bit slow metabolism.

i used to to be a fitness counselor at 24 hour fitness. here is what i suggest...3-4 times a week...try every other day. Most of us are not super athletic and should not do it every day...you'll just wear yourself out. Join a gymn alot offer free trial periods and seeing others work out might motivate you. Stay away from calorie counting unless a doctor advises you just eat somewhat healthy. Do a little cardio and mostly weight lifting Keep in mind the first few days you'll be sore,,,don't give up and be consistent. You'll be fine.

For best and fast results, everyday for at least 30-45 minutes a day. To maximize fitness, try weight lifting one day and then cardiovascular exercise the next, to give all your muscles a good work out and appropriate rest.

the recommended daily exersise is 30 minutes vigerous for anybody to maintain a healthy level of fitness.

You doin good dont work your self out, Just try to watch what you eat and alot sexx will help you lose weight
