i'm in indonesia now... does anybody know? and what caused the deportation?

i'm planning to working there. but i need to know how much it cost for going there. i mean the deposit in my bank something like that or is there anything else needed?

Use this site. Note that it has ".gov" at the end. All government sites do. Other sites charge a fee often and there are a lot of scams out there.

Are you coming as a tourist? It depends on how long you plan to stay and if you are going to be staying in hotels. Nowadays it is difficult to find a decent hotel for much less than $100 a night and food will cost you a minimum of $25 a day.

You need visa. You have to have a job in the US first before you can migrate, and the employer who hires you will have to sponsor your working permit. If you work in the US without permit, that is the reason for deportation. Once you got deported you won't be able to re-enter.

Bank account only helps when you want to get tourist or student visa, not for employment.

you can get cheep flights fon the web but search round about £500-£1000. but rember you need to get a visa to get into australia (all the details are on the australian governments website)
