My God man, if you've fallen for her, you need to tell her, sing your heart free, because years down the line, she might be a memory like "Oh yeah, I remember there was that cute girl here one time" or "That was the winter when I experienced the most intense love of a lifetime."

Try to be a bit more precise as to why you fell for her her.

Looks in themselves probably will not last indefinitely. But sometimes the "beauty" can be attractiveness that reflects the character of the person. She can be attractive because she breaks the mold and bucks the trend. Perhaps she can be attractive to you because it is obvious she does not pad he chest out or does not shave her legs or whatever. If she has that sort of attractiveness it is part of her character that is attracting you. If so, go for it. You have nothing to lose. Many a lasting romance has been conducted from a distance of thousands of miles.

Don't get hung up on beauty. It's literally only skin deep, and will fade over the years. Plus, there's the old stereotype that beautiful girls are shallow, because everyone wants to do everything for them, and they don't learn to do anything for themselves.

Find a pleasant girl with a personality that you like. After awhile, you'll wonder why you never noticed how beautiful she was the first time you saw her.

Why not ask her out? Don't pass up an opportunity. You never know, her parents might just have reason to come back into town and you could see her ocassionally.

Good Luck !! You will do just fine.
