Im in my job for a year and a half .. Im a sectary ..
no one gives me a face, im nice , quite.
Does everything for anybody..
I dont know wheres the problem .. they all invite each other to thier offciec make an order from restrunts eat together will neve include me and if they do i will be the last one to know about it so i tell them no thanks.
i feel very bad .. I really cant get on with them i find it very hard they are the kind that will geer , say bad things behind your back .. do things to put you in trouble .. what do i do ??

I was in a job where it took me a while to get the hang of it and after I mastered it I felt everyone there still considered me the guy who didn't know anything. I let it get to me even though the pay and benifits were great and the management there, although still thinking I didn't know anything, liked me because i was reliable.I got fed up when the four of us overnighters were togeather one night and were sitting there talking togeather and the three of them were discussing serious work issues.when I put my thoughts in they all gave me condescending remarks like "Oh, that's nice" and didn't take me seriously. I felt like
I was out of the loop entirely and I quit the next day.I TOTALLY regret doing that. If I was smart,I would have remained there.What do I give a damn if I am in the loop or not as long as the pay is good????I should have stayed there and looked for something better.Bottom line,don't let them get you down.Do your job and collect that paycheck.At the same time,look for something better.But don't quit this job until you find something better.The grass isn't always greener on the other side,no matter how it may seem at times.

well try not to tell them always "no thanks". Once in awhile socialize with them.
on the other hand, do your own business and don't care about others.
