Why do I dream badly? When I see something frightening on TV even my daughtere`s cartoons I have bad dreams about them at night, my husband says it`s because you`re so timid, he works away from us and we(my daughter and I) stay with his parents and sleep in their house but I`m not comfortable when we sleep there I prefer to sleep at my own house but I don`t know what to do with my fear.
Someone please help me…….

Try to understand the fears and the events in your dream. It suggests that you might be holding on to upsetting or guilt based conflicts. You may have a lot of powerful negative feelings that require understanding.

do u eat at night? sometimes if u eat food before going to bed it can unsettle you because your stomach has to deigest the food. this can cause you to toss and turn through the night therefore using more muscles than u should while sleeping. your brain has to send messeges to those muscles in order for them to work. this means that your mind is unsettled and constantly at work whereas parts should be resting. (if u get my drift). when your brain is working in this way,it is thinking. beacuse you are not consious to think about whatever u want to..it seems to me that your brain is just rethinking itself through the days events. and because its unsettled it causing u to intensify the days memories therefore causing you to have nightmares.
try not to eat after 6pm. see if you start having better nights... ley me know

(there is logic in there somewhere)
