You need to be more clear about what happened - type your question out fully and with more detail.
If she was happy to do what he asked her to, then it was her choice and everything is fine. If she was forced to do something, or was under-age at the time, then there is a problem.

of course it's her fault, she can make up her own mind. if she didn't like it she coulda put her clothes back on and left. he didn't force her, so it's consensual.
