The limit for a normal temperature is 98.4F, if you have
a virus this temperature could rise in order to kill the virus
which can‘t withstand higher temperatures. Above 100ºF
means that you do have a virus which could rise to 104F
before getting rid of your ailment. Morning temperatures
are lower than in the evening since sleep and slow breathing
brings it down, so 98.4F in the morning could be a warning
sign if it rises to 100+ during the day and under rest. Physical
activity also can make your temp. rise, so all of these readings
are considered to be "at rest". Higher temps. also bring on
a higher heartbeat, which should be normally between 60-80
bpm. at rest. Mouth temperatures normally are a little higher
in armpit readings, so when comparing, always read from same
body placement, best is armpit. However, please don‘t go nuts
over all this, because you don‘t want to become a hypochondriac
and find yourself taking your own temperature every five minutes!
Good luck to you, and remember that you only need to take any
medicine or call a doctor if your temperature rises above 100ºF.
under normal conditions.

Depending on where you're taking it (under arm temp should be slightly lower than ear or tongue temp) your temperature is a tiny bit high. This is normal for a low-grade virus where the temperature will be a little high some of the time and then go sub for a while. Make sure you drink plenty of water and fluids (warm is better than cold) and take paracetamol to keep a check on the temperature.

Also, your body temperature will drop when you sleep and then waver just below 97 during the day. It will also change by a few points depending on what your hormones are doing - you can predict fertility using your temperature so it's normal for it to change slightly throughout the month.

Sounds fine have you been taking paracetamols? If temp continues to rise then it indicates fever / virul infecion. 95.6 seems a little low. 97 spot ion
