In a well-balanced diet. It's okay to eat a cheeseburger, as long as you have ketchup, pickles, lettuce, mustard, etc. on it. Don't spend a lot of time in the health food store, but don't spend a lot of time at McWendy's either. Buy a cookbook and make your own food; it's cheaper, you can tailor it to your own tastes, and eat a multivitamin every day if you still aren't eating right.

Most of foods contain vitamins some degree or other, but mostly sprouted grains,fruits and vegetables contain most of the required vitamins. some like citrus fruits are good source of vit c, similarly sprouated beans are good sourace of B compex and C, .A diet consisting of good amount of fruits and vegatable usually takes care of your vitamin requirements

All food, some more than others.
Best place is a health store though. Plenty on the shelves I bet.
