You might want to take a look at a BMI calculator, like this one http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm. According to it, you are well within a normal weight range.

You might feel fat because you do not have the muscle tone that you would prefer to have. If that is the case, you should focus on some muscle building exercises and cardio workouts to improve your physique.

Aside from that, looking at your proposed diet shows a couple of different issues. First of all, are you going to be getting enough calories (at least 1200 for the day)? If you do not get enough calories, your body might go into a starvation mode and store calories as fat because it believes that you are going through a famine like stage. Second, eating only fruits and veggies for dinner will leave you hungry throughout the evening, because fats and protiens help to make you full.

Most of the advice that I have seen is that a person should eat around 6 small meals a day in order to encourage the metabolism to work consistantly during the day. You should eat breakfast - normally within an hour of waking up to 'kickstart' your metabolism. You should have a lean protein source at each of your meals, such as chicken, fish, eggs, or beans. Also, a diet should be something that you can maintain for long periods of time - a diet, as in a healthy lifelong eating plan instead of a diet, like something that you will do for a few days or weeks in order to lose some pounds that you will gain back once you have returned to your normal eating habits.

Good luck to you. If you should choose to start this 'diet', perhaps you should discuss it with your doctor and get his/her advice.

Hi,

Are you looking to lose weight? If you are, would you consider a detox?

I lost 15kg in 2 months using a detox. You can see my before and after pics here:
http://dreamsincredibles.blogspot.com/2005/10/angel-lost-15kg-within-2-months.html

Now, I specialize in helping people lose weight easily and quickly using the detox program i used.

If you do a detox, you will be able to:
- gain better health and
- better vitality and
- even more radiant skin and
- the loss of some excess pounds as well,

All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out.

If you exercise by either running or swimming, it will furthur enhance the results.

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

If you are keen, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com

Well this depends on alot of variables,
* were you always eating simliar to this plan and still not loosing weight?
*how much of exercise are you doing currently
*meal times? (are you eating late at NIGHT?)
any snacks between meals?

If you've answered negatively to any of these questions then your diet will work if to try to keep a few rules.
>try not to eat just before or part thereof before bedtime!
>try to take in more protein at dinner than carbs - swap your lunch and dinner around!
>combining an exercise routine with your daily schedule will help immensely.
>Try not to feel to stressed about your eating plan :-)
>if all fails you can go LIPO:-(
>you're beautiful already no matter what you look like, remember that

You are not eating right and not enough!
add a little variety. Eat more veggies for lunch. Break down ur eating into 5 times a day, even if u eat little 5 meals a day. Add more fibre to ur diet. and protein, u r not having enough protein. Fish or poultry is good.
Have more water, increase it to 10 glasses a day at least.
Decrease ur fruit intake. specially bananas. No more than 2 servings a day is good.

You are in NO way fat. You could try your eating plan for about 2 weeks and then see how you feel. But if I were you, just eat a bit less and do more exercise, try not to eat in between meals, eat more fruit and veg and foods that are high in fiber. Don't eat junk food and other foods that are high in fat.
